Account & Registration

Go to pakslots.biz/register and fill in the three-step form — your Pakistani mobile number and password, your full name and date of birth, and finally agreement to the Terms and Conditions. You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on PakSlots. This is a strict policy with no exceptions. PakSlots verifies date of birth at registration and identity documents (CNIC) during the withdrawal process. You can register and play immediately without uploading documents. Identity verification (CNIC and a selfie) is required before processing withdrawals above the standard threshold or when a security review is triggered. Verification is a straightforward, one-time process that typically takes under 10 minutes once documents are submitted.

Go to Account Settings after logging in and select "Update Mobile Number". You will need to verify both your old number (if still accessible) and your new number via OTP. If you have already lost access to your registered number, contact support with your CNIC details for a manual update.

To close your account, contact support@pakslots.biz and request account closure. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method before the account is deactivated. Please note that if you are struggling with gambling, self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming tools is a better option than simple account closure.
Deposits

Log in, go to the Cashier section and select "Deposit". Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT or Visa/Mastercard — enter your deposit amount in PKR and follow the on-screen instructions. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed instantly at any time of day or night.

The minimum deposit on PakSlots is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit for most players, though higher deposits may require additional verification. All deposits are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion at any stage.

Withdrawals

Log in, go to the Cashier and select "Withdraw". Choose your withdrawal method, enter the amount and confirm. Once approved, funds typically arrive within 1–24 hours depending on the method.

IBFT bank transfers and card withdrawals can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's own processing schedule. Weekends and public holidays may cause slight delays for bank transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no daily limit for verified players under the standard tier. Very large withdrawals (above Rs 500,000) may require additional review which can add up to 24 hours to the processing time. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: identity verification not completed, an active bonus with uncompleted wagering requirements, a payment method mismatch, or a security review on the account. Your withdrawal notification will include a reason code. Contact support if the reason is not clear or if you believe the decline was in error — most declined withdrawals are resolved within the same day.

When a friend registers using your link and makes their first deposit, you earn a referral bonus in PKR. There is no cap on the number of friends you can refer. Your referral dashboard tracks every referral, their status and your pending and credited earnings.

Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated time period (usually 30 days). If a bonus disappears before expiry, check your account notifications for a cancellation reason — this can happen if terms were violated (for example, cashing out real money before completing wagering).
